You will assist a physical therapist in the care of patients with muscle and bone problems. You will give physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and restore normal muscle and joint functions. The treatments will include the use of electrical devices, high-frequency sound waves, heat, cold, water, light, exercise, massage and traction. You will assist the physical therapist, physician or dentist with evaluations and tests. You will order and store supplies and equipment needed for the physical therapy department. The ability to work with people is a basic must and provides the specialist with much self-satisfaction. PAY CHART
